We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item in store or online to submit a return. You will be issued a store credit at the depreciated value based on the discounted price of the promotion you received. Not responsible for delayed pick up on online orders . To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any items based on unacceptable odors.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer responsible for shipping cost back to The Branch.
